Position Overview:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Cashier to join our front-of-house team. As the face of Hunan Tapas, you’ll greet customers, handle orders, and ensure every guest leaves with a smile.
Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
Take orders accurately (in person and online) using POS systems
Handle payments, cash, and credit transactions
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the counter area
Support daily opening and closing procedures
Qualifications:
Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred (but not required)
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Team player with a positive attitude
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
