What We’re Looking For: - Minimum 2 years’ experience as a line cook or prep cook in a fast-paced restaurant. - Strong knife skills and knowledge of seafood prep (think filleting fish, shucking clams and oysters). - A team player with a hustle mindset-reliability and stamina are key. - Passion for creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. - Culinary school grads or self-taught chefs with a proven track record are welcome!
