We are looking for Full Time Managers to oversee all restaurant operations, including welcoming and serving customers. Manager responsibilities include delegating tasks to restaurant staff, addressing the needs of our guests and ensuring compliance with all food handling specifications. If you have excellent organizational and team management skills and experience in the food industry, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help us create a memorable dining experience for our guests and increase our profitability.

This is for all Quick Serve Restaurant Manager positions. If you’ve been a Restaurant Manager with a minimum of 2+ years restaurant experience in a fast food or fast casual restaurant, want more opportunity and feel stagnated, we have a career for you!

Responsibilities

Delegate tasks to restaurant staff and supervise their performance

Maintain counters to be fully-stocked as needed per meal period.

Manage dining room cleanliness standards.

Arrange to have shifts covered (e.g. when employees take time off)

Help staff resolve on-the-job challenges.

Balance the cash register at the end of the shift.

Ensure client satisfaction and gracefully handle any complaints

Assist the manager in the opening or closing of the restaurant.

Inform the next Shift Manager about pending tasks

Report maintenance issues and participate in training of the staff.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Manager or relevant role in a restaurant

Good knowledge of restaurant operations (like managing customer service and supervising employees)

Availability to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays

Ability to manage cash handling procedures.

A customer service approach with the ability to manage complaints with professionalism

Excellent organizational skills

Team management abilities

Certification from a culinary school, completed courses in hospitality or company seminars a plus.
