Line Cooks:
Prepare high-quality pastas, burgers, and other menu items with speed and accuracy
Maintain a clean and organized work station
Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Minimum 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen preferred
Sous Chef:
Lead and motivate our line cooks, ensuring a smooth and efficient kitchen operation
Oversee food quality and presentation
Assist the Head Chef with menu development and recipe creation
Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a professional kitchen preferred
