We are seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our team for dinner service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking food on the grill, sauté station, fryer, and assisting with catered events. We are looking for someone who can work well under pressure, maintain a clean and organized work environment, and deliver high-quality dishes.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook food on the grill, sauté, and fryer stations.
Assist with preparation and cooking for catered events.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Requirements:
Must have experience working in a fast-paced kitchen.
Ability to work weekends is required.
Proper work documentation is a must.
English proficiency is a plus, but not required.
