We need people who can problem solve, hustle and know how to be a self starter.
Please have reliable transportation, a working cell phone, a reasonable understanding of POS computers
and a detailed knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine and of course, food.

Kitchen:
Line cook, Dish Washer, Prep Cook
Must know your temps, how to work a fryer and all food safety requirements.
Bartenders:
Must know classic cocktails. Star-tenders need not apply.
If I ask you to make a negroni, you should know:
a) the specs
b) where its from
c) how to garnish it
d) all of its variations.
Servers:
Pleasant, Comfortable working outside, Team Player, Sense of urgency, ideally a sense of humor, Know how to carry a tray will multiple glassware, be comfortable talking to people.
Overall:
We want you to be yourself with that said, in your email in which you've also included a resume tell us something about yourself that is not related to the food service industry. Do you like birding? Are you a trivia champ? What was the worst concert you ever been to? Do you like professional wrestling? Whats your take on the Drake vs. Kendrick beef?
Something along those lines.
