You should be able to multitask, adapt quickly and be comfortable with an evolving menu and work all stations in a small kitchen. You must be punctual, a self starter, have a working cell phone, reliable transportation, no drugs - no drama.

Recipe reproduction / Able to execute recipes correctly
Consistency
Food Safety / Cleaniness
Burger / Steak / Meat Temps
Pastas
Fryer
Position is available for immediate start for the right person.
Experience is mandatory.
Bi lingual is a Plus
