HEAD CHEF
We are seeking a talented, creative, and highly organized Head Chef to lead our kitchen team.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily kitchen operations and staff scheduling
Develop seasonal menus and specials
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety
Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control
Train and mentor kitchen staff
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef
Strong leadership and communication skills

We are also hiring an energetic, detail-oriented Line Cook to join our kitchen team.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items to restaurant standards
Follow recipes and presentation guidelines
Maintain a clean and organized work station
Assist with prep work and kitchen duties as needed
Requirements:
Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred (will train the right person)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Knowledge of basic food safety practices
