Dodici Ristorante Italiano (Est 1992), located in the heart of Rockville Centre, Long Island, is looking to hire a seasoned, outgoing, and personable bartender. Full time / Part time position available. Excellent salary for skilled bartender.
Job responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, preparing them efficiently, and building a rapport with clientele
- Handle card and cash transactions, ensuring that all funds in the cash drawer and CC machine are accounted for by the end of the shift
- Work with management when needed to maintain a safe environment
- Ability to multitask through total awareness of entire section , constantly driving sales while seamlessly handling issues as they arise.
- Wine Knowledge
- Strong food and beverage focus.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
