RESPONSIBILITIES:
maintain deli area
Work retail counter in both meat & Deli department
take customer orders with over counter service
weigh, wrap & package, various raw meats, cold cuts, & cheeses
slice various cold cuts & cheeses
make sandwhiches for customers
prep and complete hero platter & wrap platter catering orders
package and weigh & label homemade deli salads
keep deli self service case full at all times
take & complete phone orders
keep work area clean and sanitized at all times
check out customers handling cash
clean and sanitize equipment at end of shift following health and safety protocols
