Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers and assisting with taking their orders, in- person and over the phone.
- Handling high call volumes (weekends, holidays)
- Using a POS system to handle payment transactions while being able to address questions and resolve issues.
- Maintaining a tidy and organized work area around and behind the counter.
- Packaging and preparing orders for pick-up and delivery.
- Being punctual and reliable
Details:
- Prior experience is preferred but not required.
- Part- time and Full- time schedules available
- Flexible hours; nights and weekends
