Busy Mediterranean kitchen looking for a cook who can grow into a lead cook position. We are a mostly vegetable forward establishment, so there is a large amount of chopping, slicing & dicing, so you must have excellent knife skills and a lot of experience in the kitchen. We are offering full time either 5 days(50 hours) or 6 days(60 hours)a week. Work days are mostly 7am-5 pm, and we are closed on Saturdays.
