Stueys Smokehouse BBQ offers a unique and elevated BBQ experience. We specialize in smoked ribs, brisket, pork and chicken and have built a reputation for authentic BBQ over the past 10 years. While Stuey's is a small restaurant, we offer a substantial takeout and catering business.
The Pit Master must have 5+ years of experience and is passionate about BBQ and hospitality. We are looking for a candidate who is knowledgeable in temperature control and cooking techniques, creative and interested in growing with the company. Responsibilities include opening procedures, prepping meat, inventory control and creating specials.
This is an AM position Wednesday through Sunday
