The Biscotti Company is growing fast and we’re looking for a reliable, ambitious Assistant Baker to join our team in our Calverton, New York kitchen. If you love early mornings, working with your hands, and the smell of fresh-baked biscotti, this could be your sweet spot.
What You’ll Do:
Prep ingredients and scale dough
Shape biscotti loaves by hand
Bake, slice, and pack biscotti
Wash baking tools, sweep/mop floors, and take out garbage
Help keep our kitchen clean and organized
Occasionally assist on weekends during peak production
