Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Engineer to join our engineering team. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to grow their skills in product development, testing, and support within the lighting industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the design and development of lighting products and components

Conduct testing and validation of new designs for performance, safety, and compliance

Support product documentation including CAD drawings, BOMs, and technical specifications

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance

Troubleshoot technical issues and provide engineering support for production and field problems

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for products and processes

Ensure all work complies with relevant industry standards

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field

0–2 years of relevant engineering experience (internships or co-op experience a plus)

Strong CAD skills (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD)

Basic knowledge of LED lighting technologies and electrical components is preferred

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Effective communication and teamwork abilities

Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
