We are looking to hire BDC Customer Service Reps and sales rep to assist our Sales Teams.
Our office is located at in Huntington Station.
We are looking for:
Enthusiastic, Self-Motivated individuals who are excited about all USED CAR brands! This is a great opportunity to start your career in retail automotive and familiarize yourself with the entire dealership experience.
In this role:
You will assist the customer with questions regarding our dealership, assist in setting an appointment to visit our store and collect feedback regarding where they are in their car buying process. In-house Training dedicated to your success will be provided.
You will be responsible for:
Respond quickly to Internet Inquiries using phone scripts and email templates
Follow up with Unsold Showroom Traffic, Phone Leads and Portfolio Clients
Must be able to establish rapport with these leads to successfully create sales appointments
Must have superior phone, verbal and written communication skills; including the ability to write correspondence with proper spelling and grammar
Must be able to prioritize your day and multi-task
Utilize CRM tracking system daily

Any prior call center and/or auto dealer experience helps, but not necessary
Bilingual/Spanish Speaker a Must
