Administrative/Customer Service
A growing contractor in Setauket is searching for an Administrative Assistant to assist with day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities include dispatching technicians, customer service, filing, answer phones, routing calls and general office duties. The ideal candidate will be responsible, reliable, have attention to detail and a quick starter.
Microsoft Excel and Word required
Full or Part Time available
$15.00 to $20.00 depending on experience and shift available. Previous HVAC, Plumbing, Construction, Real Estate Experience helpful but not necessary
