INVOICING / BILLING SPECIALIST - FULL TIME
Specialty Fleet Services of Farmingdale, NY is a premiere first responder emergency vehicle repair center. We are seeking a full time Invoicing Specialist to join our family! We are looking for someone who is highly self-driven, organized, and ready to take ownership of this position. Main responsibilities include obtaining vehicle information, starting work orders, and invoicing work when completed.
REQUIREMENTS:
Communicate with clients in a professional manner with clarity and accuracy.
Greeting customers and addressing client needs.
Opening / Closing of repair orders.
Ability to complete tasks in timely efficient manner.
Highly organized and proficient. Ability to multitask.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team setting.
Automotive billing experience a plus. Onsite Training.
