Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing top-tier service and support. You’ll assist with policy inquiries, billing, coverage changes, claims assistance, and general customer support to ensure an excellent client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person
Assist clients with policy changes, billing inquiries, and claims processing
Educate customers on policy coverage, options, and renewals
Handle incoming customer requests efficiently and professionally
Maintain accurate records and update client information in the system
Support the sales team by identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities
Ensure compliance with company and industry regulations
Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience (insurance experience a plus)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
Insurance licensing (or willingness to obtain) is REQUIRED
