Customer service representative / order processing
Night shifts Monday thru Friday 3PM to 11PM
We are a wholesale produce company based in Amityville Long Island
Rate of pay based on experience beginning with $20.00 per hour
Functions
Develop a strong relationships with customers
Listens to the customers’ needs and present possible options
The CSR is responsible for managing phone calls and text request from customer.
Process orders received via ordering system
Candidate will have the following skills and abilities
Ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence
Demonstrated ability to handle customer calls displaying good phone skills
Proactive approach; identifies and solves problems
Basic computer skills & clerical duties
Must be Reliable, Responsible & Punctual!
