Long Island-based Transfer Agent with a fast-moving & friendly environment has an immediate opening to serve as a full-time in-office Administrative Assistant on our team of Administrative professionals. You will support the CEO, Director of Operations, and processing staff of our successful company while learning about the securities industry.
Candidate must have the ability to multitask and manage priorities since this is a fast-paced environment. We are looking for a reliable individual who has strong communication skills, knowledge of Microsoft applications, problem-solving skills, and is a team player.
