We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Counter Help & Service Person to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with strong customer service skills and a solid background in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will assist customers throughout the repair process, provide accurate estimates, and ensure a smooth experience from drop-off to pick up. Previous experience as a service advisor in an auto dealership and or collision shop is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
-Greet Customers and provide excellent customer service.
-Guide Customers through the repair process and explain estimates.
-Secure business by confidently presenting our shop as the best choice for the repairs.
-Work closely with technicians and parts managers to ensure efficient workflow.
-Maintain accurate records and documentation for each repair order.
Qualifications:
-Strong customer service and communication skills.
-Previous experience as a service advisor in a auto body shop or dealership preferred but not necessary for the right candidate.
-Strong automotive knowledge, particularly in collision repair.
-Ability to build trust with customers and secure their business.
-Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
-Proficiency with estimating software and repair management systems is a plus.
