Full-service Tax-accounting, Insurance and Business service firm that has been in business since 1982, is seeking working partner(s) -successor(s) to expand and subsequently become a partner in the practice.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Customer Acquisition:
1. Prospect for new Clients
2. Compile database of prospective client using MS Outlook and Access
3. Organize clients for information (IFQs) and follow-up.
4. Develop quote or proposal for potential clients
5. Set-up sales and presentation appointments with prospective clients
6. MUST be able to generate 14-20 new leads per week.
Sales force Support:
1. Perform General Bookkeeping
2. Help recruit and train new and existing associates.
3. Help to administer associate compensation and payroll.
4. Help manage company’s web-based network marketing platform
5. Assist remote associates with needed support
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
1. Must currently hold or willing to obtain multiple insurance and financial service licenses.
2. Must be proficient in Quick Books accounting software.
3. Must NOT have a criminal record
4. Must be able to set-up appointments via phone, mail, internet
5. Familiar with MS Word, Excel, Publisher, Access and Outlook
6. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
8. Previously HR, bookkeeping, insurance or tax-accounting experience required.
9. Must be able to work from home and live within 50 miles of Port Jefferson Station.
10. Internet marketing experiences a plus
11. Multi-lingual (English-Spanish) a plus.
