Part-time bookkeeper for construction firm using QuickBooks desktop.
Morning shifts are required between Monday – Friday (2-3 days per week) on site per week.
The position requires experience with strong skills in QuickBooks desktop. Payroll is run through QuickBooks. Accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank and credit card reconciliation, file B&O taxes monthly, basic tracking of fixed assets (vehicles), financial reports, payroll, update year end accounts with journal entries as requested by accountant. Other usual business tasks per construction company.
