We are a small, busy office of 3 looking to hire an experienced Bookkeeper/Office Administrator to support our daily operations and assist the business owners directly.
Responsibilities include:
Bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online
Managing documents and spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel and Word
General office tasks: phones, filing, scheduling, email, correspondence
Assisting with permits and construction-related paperwork
Supporting owners with administrative and organizational tasks
Requirements:
Strong experience with QuickBooks Online, Excel, and Word
Ability to work independently and handle a variety of tasks
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Clean driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
Must be able to start within the next few weeks
Preferred but not required:
Familiarity with permits and the construction industry
Notary Public certification
This is a part-time position (3 days/week- 18-24 hrs), with strong potential to become full-time in the New Year.
