About the company: Ciuffo Cabinetry is a family-owned custom woodworking firm specializing in the design and manufacturing of custom kitchens, baths, closets and all other residential millwork. The Company works with premier builders, architects, and designers to help create some of the most beautiful homes across Long Island, the Tri-State area, Florida and beyond.
Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To:
Implement and maintain cost accounting system with Crows Nest software
Work closely with executive team to oversee all financial and accounting functions
Cash management
Oversee accounts receivable and payable with Crows Nest and QuickBooks software
Review and analyze accounting data
Prepare and present financial statements and Job costing reports for weekly executive meetings
Review with Purchasing Manager Current inventory and best Practices for optimal Purchasing methodologies.
Prepare interim financial statements, forecasts, and annual budgets
Complete year-end closing, working with outside accountants
Required Skills/Qualifications:
BS in Accounting/Finance a must
3-5 years’ experience in the manufacturing industry
Cost accounting a must
Proficiency with budgeting, cash flow projections, A/R & A/P management
Full knowledge of Excel and QuickBooks
Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and written skills
Confidentiality and discretion
Knowledge of Crows Nest Software a plus
