Our portfolio consists of a real estate, holiday design/decor landscaping & educational tech company. With over 60 years in business. Work in a friendly environment with dedicated employees. This is dual role requiring muti tasking in both bookkeeping, administrative and project development. High revenue small office environment. All the companies are growing expediential.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the bookkeeper/administrative assistant will help perform all day-to-day functions for all companies. This position is full-time, 35 hours per week. This is not a remote position as of now. This can change with the right candidate.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
The qualified candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills: Apply for rental permits, track rent payments, create spreadsheets, host clients, filing, set up utility services, fill out leases, make sure tenants are in complying, proposals on PowerPoint, upload photos on website,
All bookkeeping tasks not including general ledger. Intermediate accounting skills. Good research skills, able to navigate the web very well. Able to navigate and assemble proposals. Familiar with social media. Extensive experience with Microsoft Environment and QuickBooks A MUST!
At least 15 years of related work experience
The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
