Accounts Receivable Clerk

Our client, a busy, high volume property management company, seeks a dedicated and well-experienced AR Clerk to join their finance and accounting team at their Huntington Station, NY office.
Qualified candidates should have 5+ years’ experience in a fast paced, high volume AR role working with Yardi. Experience working with banks and the lockbox process, applying bulk payments to multiple line items, register balancing along side adjustments, etc., is critical to being successful in this role, as is being detail-oriented, experienced in MS Office software, and having strong written and oral communication skills.
Hours are 9am to 5:30pm, Monday through Friday, in office daily. The office environment is laid back and casual, super friendly, and busy! Salary range is $30/hr to $35/hr (based on experience), and includes medical/dental/vision benefits, 401k, 2 weeks PTO, 8 paid holidays, and summer Friday’s, luncheons, etc.
