Description Jenny Bour with Robert Half is working with a manufacturing company that is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join their team! As the sole HR representative, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our workforce and fostering a culture of growth and development within the organization. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact by managing the full cycle of human resources responsibilities.Responsibilities:

Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company objectives and legal requirements.

Administer employee benefits programs and provide guidance on benefits-related inquiries.

Oversee performance management processes, including conducting performance reviews and facilitating employee development plans.

Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.

Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities.

Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.

Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws.

Serve as a resource for employees on HR-related matters and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Thorough knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
