Based out of our Liberty, NY offices, this role will involve travel. Oversee Program Operations:Manage the operations of Healthy Kids Programs across multiple areas, including Early Learning Programs, Before/After School Programs, and Summer Programs.

Staff Management:Recruit, supervise, professionally develop, and train a highly qualified team to deliver consistent, high-quality services at all program sites.

Regulatory Compliance:Ensure compliance with New York State Daycare, Before/After School, and Summer Camp regulations, maintaining excellence in program operations.

Program Excellence:Implement Healthy Kids Best Practices and Curriculum, emphasizing consistent excellence, superior classroom management, and effective parent communication.

Leadership and Communication:Lead with a positive, upbeat, and confident style, emphasizing effective communication and proactive problem-solving. Address performance issues promptly and support staff in achieving excellence.

Continuous Improvement:Collaborate with Senior Regional and Executive Directors to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for enhancing program effectiveness.

Meetings and Collaboration:Attend weekly/monthly leadership meetings and Executive staff meetings, both virtually and in person when necessary. Communicate organizational policies, objectives, and budget limitations clearly and positively to area coordinators and site directors.

Collaboration and Liaison:Work closely with Continuing Education Coordinators to identify apprentices and the Registration Team to ensure paperwork completion, and Marketing to promote programs through various channels.

Relationship Management:Maintain positive relationships with site hosts, including school principals, administration, custodial staff, OCFS, and Childcare Councils, fostering a collaborative environment.

Region Growth:Focus on efficiently managing expenses (including payroll), growing the region, and implementing new programs as opportunities arise.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration:Liaise with other departments, senior management, and parents to ensure seamless program operations and exceptional service delivery.

Compliance and Enforcement:Adhere to and consistently enforce company Code of Conduct, policies & procedures, and New York State guidelines.

RequirementsQUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree or Associates (Early Childhood Education or equivalent preferred).

2 years experience working with children under the age of 13 (in a licensed childcare facility preferred)

5 years of supervisory experience (1 year managing staff in a child care setting and Business Management experience preferred).

Familiarity with OCFS regulations preferred, but not required

Superior administrative and supervisory skills with experience preferably in a consumer-driven environment.

Excellent customer service and parent communication skills.

Track record of working as a team and helping to create a team oriented work environment.

Commitment to delivering excellent programs and managing personnel expenses.

Must pass full background check including fingerprinting and reference checking

Must be medically fit to perform job duties.

Professional, reliable and prompt, warm, friendly, caring and upbeat personality.

Excellent time management skills.
