Provides operational leadership and by interacting with clients, presenting organizational capabilities, defining scope of work and delivering results through execution and technical guidance.Job Responsibility
Provides leadership to Clinical Laboratory Operations' team members and
supervisors by communicating and guiding toward achieving departmentobjectives.
Develops, communicates, and builds consensus for goals in alignment with the
health system.
Manages day-to-day activities and staff; hires, trains, disciplines, and supervises
staff.
Evaluates performance and ensures appraisals are completed on a timely basis;
sets daily priorities and delegating work assignments; ensures scheduled staffhours and vacation provide adequate coverage; ensures maintenance of employeeand operational records.
Manages the development and validation of analytical methodologies for a wide
range of pharmaceutical dosage forms.
Ensures results by solving problems of a diverse scope; drives initiatives outside of
standard work function; leads investigations.
Collaborates and effectively communicates with clients and internal groups.
Collaborates with business development and contracts to assist in project definition
and costing.
Ensures timely completion and compliance and all other relevant company training
requirements.
Motivates a high performing team to meet the current and evolving needs of the
business through effective selection, training and development, coaching andmentoring and performance management.
