Req Number 135879Job DescriptionManages the activities of the Enterprise Change Management department. Leads the design and implementation of change management strategies, plans and activities on enterprise-wide projects and initiatives to maximize team member adoption and minimize resistance.Job Responsibility

Provides leadership to Enterprise Change Management team members by communicating and guiding toward achieving department objectives.

Develops, articulates and drives forward a strategy for their area(s) of responsibility within the Enterprise Change Management team.

Viewed and performs as a change management subject matter expert, advising senior leaders and teams across the organization on complex matters.

Oversees the development and execution of change management plans designed to drive employee adoption and minimize resistance.

Oversees the design and deployment of change management tools and activities on large-scale initiatives, including but not limited to stakeholder analysis and change impact analysis.

Oversees the design and execution of interviews, surveys, focus groups and other measurement tools to assess stakeholders readiness level for change; writes and produces various communications to drive organizational change and influence behaviors.

Ensures coordination with subject matter experts to identify training requirements and designs holistic, integrated training plans to drive adoption of the health systems, processes and programs.

Identifies and engages change agents to disseminate information and gather feedback on large-scale change projects.

Identifies change metrics to track and coordinates with subject matter experts to build and maintain metrics scorecard for change readiness projects.

Builds relationships across the organization to drive awareness of the Enterprise Change Management function and position the function to provide maximum value to the organization.

Facilitates interactive working sessions and meetings with project sponsors, workgroups and other key stakeholders to inform change readiness approach.

Serves as a change management mentor to team members in Human Resources, Enterprise Digital Services and others within organization.

Identifies opportunities to initiate operational changes within the change management team to drive efficient and maximum performance.

Job Qualification

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience

Master's Degree, preferred

8-12 years of technical experience, required

7+ years of leadership experience, required, (minimum of at least 2 direct reports with management responsibilities, preferred).

Prior experience leading change management efforts related to digital transformation, preferred
