Req Number 135534Job DescriptionTalent Acquisition Preboarding Dept- Plans, organizes, supports, coordinates, and evaluates daily administrative operations for one or more defined compliance programs such as, but not limited to Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Conflicts of Interests (COI) or other program(s).Job Responsibility

Coordinates administrative functions; plans and supports program development; creates, administers, and maintains program tools, database, correspondence and processes including, but not limited to, performing operational audits of program database; processing and identifying areas of non-compliance.

Serves as a liaison between compliance, employees, trustees and volunteers in relation compliance program; develops and presents the reports and presentations related to compliance program.

Administers, coordinates, and participates in compliance program initiatives throughout the organization including, but not limited to, supporting or assisting key Compliance functions including scheduling, fielding patient calls and case creation in EthicsPoint.

Understands the department/division's fiscal responsibility in support initiatives; trains staff, evaluates performance, and ensures efficiency.

Assists the development and maintenance of objectives, policies and procedures to ensure the efficient department operations; streamlines work-flows and applies new concepts, techniques, and technology for improving operational outcomes.

Acts as a liaison between attending physicians, patients, visitor's guests and staff; answers program/operational questions from patients, physicians, or other inquirers.

Coordinates efforts to prioritize needs of compliance program across the organization; structures flow of data to support timely and appropriate management of compliance related programs, operations, and issues.

Ensures efficient, compliant operational performance of the department including, but not limited to, compliance with regulatory, institutional and departmental rules and regulations.

Collaborates with management to review changes in various regulatory standards and ensuring that these are represented in the policy and procedure manuals; adheres to corporate compliance programs and other regulatory standards.

Operates under general guidance and work assignments are varied and require interpretation and independent decisions on course of action.

Job Qualification

Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.

1-3 years of relevant HR experience, required.
