Be responsible for accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions
Organize a structured method to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; define bookkeeping policies and procedures
Outline Accounts Receivable invoices, reviewing payments received, and record deposits
Uphold quality historical records by filing documents
Balance accounts by reconciling entries
Oversee and manage general ledger
Put together financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information Requirements - BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred
Foundational knowledge in Microsoft Excel
Proficiency in Construction Accounting
Comprehensive knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP)
Knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR)
Experience using accounting software
Previous experience as a Bookkeeper preferred
