Senior Project Manager to Executive Construction Leader

Pike Construction Services is currently recruiting a Senior to Executive level construction leader based in the Hudson Valley region including the following counties: Broom, Delaware, Green, Columbia, Sullivan, Ulster, Dutchess, Orange, & Putnam. This position will require someone who has the drive to establish, develop and build new and existing client relationships while being a construction industry leader and expert. In this position, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of projects throughout the Hudson Valley of New York as well as developing and growing our network and markets within this area. The ideal candidate will:

have led multiple building construction projects in the range of 25M-200M successfully from start to finish.

be responsible for leading and overseeing the management of several projects in the following market sectors – manufacturing, office, distribution, healthcare, education, multifamily, and public.

have experience targeting, networking, and fostering relationships with new and existing clients and influencers.

be a representative at industry events, government agencies, financial institutions, boards, with major customers along with subcontractor and vendor meetings.

Preferred Education/Experience:

Bachelors’ Degree from an accredited institution in related field; or minimum of 10 years as a successful Senior Project Manager; or a minimum of 20 years equivalent experience in a construction industry, required.

Lead Project Manager (PM) on multiple successful build projects from start to finish, required.

Proficient with Microsoft Office applications as well as construction software usage, contract documents and job documentation, required.

Understanding of Cost/Estimating, required.

Critical path method (CPM) project scheduling, preferred.

For this Hudson Valley Region based position, the expected base salary is $91000-$180000. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance, and business needs.
