Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, lubricating, and cleaning machinery, equipment, and systems to ensure optimal performance.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues and perform repairs as needed.
Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
Conduct preventive maintenance activities to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
Monitor equipment performance and conduct regular inspections to identify signs of wear and tear or other abnormalities.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment manuals, and inventory levels.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure seamless operations.
Comply with safety regulations and protocols.
Assist with the installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems as needed.
Be regularly informed of industry developments, best practices in maintenance techniques, and technologies.
Coordinate with contracted maintenance personnel for outside maintenance or project needs.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Manager or Plant Manager.
