Bookkeeper

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a bookkeeper. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting IN vendor reconciliations, and administrative duties. This role requires skills in NetSuite, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Microsoft Excel.Responsibilities: Assist in annual audits to ensure accurate financial reporting Handle vendor reconciliations to maintain good relationships with suppliers Manage aging receivables to ensure timely collection of payments Responsible for entering all Accounts Payable (AP) invoices accurately and promptly Create and manage all Accounts Receivable (AR) invoices to maintain accurate records Oversee deposits to ensure all funds are accounted for Handle purchase orders to ensure smooth operations Perform administrative duties to support the overall functioning of the team.Requirements Demonstrated experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Experience in preparing and analyzing Aging Reports Ability to perform tasks independently and as part of a team Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaborationRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
