Welder -Adecco Olean, NY Full-TimePosition Summary: Join our team as a Welder on the second shift, operating from 1:00 pm to 11:30 pm, Monday through Thursday. This full-time role offers the opportunity for overtime as required.Responsibilities: As a Welder, you will be primarily responsible for welding stainless-steel components, demonstrating proficiency in GTAW and GMAW processes to ensure high-quality pressure vessel welds. Beyond welding duties, you will collaborate with 1-2 other team members, operating additional machinery and loading parts and fixtures to meet customer requirements.Requirements:
Capable of passing an in-house welding test, focusing on full penetration square butt welds in 304/304L grade stainless steel, using the GTAW process.
2-5 years of experience in stainless steel and GTAW welding preferred.
Self-motivated with a dedication to producing top-quality welds while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
Strong work ethic and commitment to precision and excellence in all tasks.
Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and follow instructions accurately.
Flexible and collaborative mindset, with excellent communication skills.
Eagerness to expand skills and knowledge, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adhering to team objectives.
Ability to work safely around moving machinery and equipment.
