Job DescriptionThe Commercial Manager will be part of the Portfolio Management team and will be responsible for working with Sales on commercial solutions. Reporting to the Senior Director, Commercial Management, the Commercial Manager is a sales support position that will require strong analytical skills and ability to work well with a variety of functions and levels within the organization.The Role Customer Renewalso Responsible for proactively identifying customer deployments that do not meet target market rates in an effort to drive incremental revenue opportunities as part of the renewal cycleo Develop and deliver win/win negotiation strategies that maximize contract value while protecting and enhancing the customer relationship and the value they are realizing, while minimizing customer churno Create and present renewal proposal(s) and options to customers and notify customers of upcoming contract expirationo Negotiate all facets of renewal contracts using sound business judgment Complex Solution Developmento Working closely with sales, sales management, product, and solution architects, this position will be responsible for developing and driving complex and non-standard solutions with strategic customerso Work with Product, Legal, Finance, and Sales Operations, as appropriate, to resolve complex issues regarding the finalization customer renewalo Interacting often with senior level customers, the solution development may involve pricing models and negotiation of complex commercial termsWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
