Contribute accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion
Manage incoming telephone calls
Through your success in the role, you will support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers Requirements - Upbeat, positive attitude and an approach to work rooted in professionalism
Customer service and office administrative skills
Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications
2+ years of past relevant experience
Comfort and confidence when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers
Customer service experience
Sound written and verbal communication skills
Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Program skills required
Experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries
Foundational knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
Ability to recognize, evaluate, and resolve problems effectively
