Residential Contruction Estimator
Moseley Construction is in search of a highly motivated and qualified Estimator with a minimum of at least 2-5 years of experience in estimating, bidding and proposal writing various sized home improvement projects.
We are a small but rapidly growing, high quality construction company focusing on using top of the line materials.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct on-site assess project requirements for a variety of home improvement projects
Perform detailed takeoffs and measurements accurately and efficiently.
Assist in creating estimates by calculating materials, labor costs, and other relevant expenses.
Collaborate with the Owner and Project Manager to develop accurate and competitive bids.
Follow up on open bids and communicate with customers to address any questions or concerns.
Manage a pipeline of open estimates, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Maintain accurate records of project details, estimates, and communications with customers.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and
regulations.
Maintain a reliable vehicle and possess a clean driving record for travel to job sites.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing takeoffs and creating estimates.
Highly disciplined with excellent time management skills.
Basic construction knowledge is a must.
Tech savvy with computer skills highly recommended.
Using company construction-based software such as Contractor Foreman, Job Tread etc.
Must be proficient with quality picture taking, uploading images, creating files etc.
Must have excellent communication skills, speaking with customers in their home with a high level of respect.
Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and installation.
Valid driver’s license & reliable vehicle.
