Responsibilities:

Train, and supervise crew members.

Quality Assurance:
Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality in all construction activities.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
Equipment Management:
Coordinate and oversee the use of construction equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and safety procedures.
Report any equipment issues and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed.
Client Communication:
Interact professionally with clients, addressing concerns, providing updates, and ensuring overall satisfaction with the project.
Qualifications:
