What We Offer:
A competitive pay structure of $24-$30/hr. for this position, commensurate with your experience, plus benefits including PTO, medical insurance options, retirement savings, and allowances/reimbursements.
A 40-hour work week that respects your time (flexibility when needed), generally from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Skills/Requirements:
5 years experience in residential remodeling and/or carpentry. Property maintenance experience will be considered.
Familiarity with commercial construction and/or build-outs is a bonus.
Awareness of building codes, construction techniques, and materials.
Communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to use those skills across various mediums (written, oral, digital) to build and maintain great relationships.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills are a must.
Self-disciplined as well as a team player.
Pride in craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Must own and/or be willing to purchase standard hand tools for the job.
Activities/Responsibilities:
Perform a wide range of carpentry and remodeling tasks.
Willingness to learn from and mentor your teammates.
Ensure company, customer, and vendor satisfaction through professional appearance, expert workmanship, and polite communication.
Ensure the company image is properly represented through appearance and behavior on and off the job site.
Assist in the company marketing process as directed by management which may include: canvassing, home shows, job site marketing, customer satisfaction, etc.
Opportunities:

Seek additional responsibility and guidance from management to enhance existing skills, learn new skills, and create potential for advancement within the company.
With continued business growth, and after proven success as a Remodeler, you will have the opportunity to become a Lead Remodeler. They are responsible for overseeing the entirety of a project. Or perhaps, you find you’d prefer to be in sales or marketing.
Compensation:
$50,000 to $62k per year or $24-$30/hr (based on experience)
