Lending and Repair Admin handles client communication and manages paperwork efficiently with the goal of improving the homeownership and repair assistance available in our communities. Position requires attention to detail, independent and team problem-solving, as well as excellent listening, writing, and organizational skills.

HUD counseling and loan pre-qualifying; active loan and rehab administration tasks; data entry, compliance and reporting; delinquency and collection.
