Property management company in need of maintenance tech to service properties around South Hill, East Hill, Downtown and Trumansburg. Looking for a candidate with plumbing experience. Job entails numerous miscellaneous tasks during the day and requires someone whom likes to keep moving and likes variety in their job.
Need own vehicle and tools. Willing to work on call is a must and is rotated through a team. On call paid time and a half. Occasional weekend work during the summer apartment turnover period and in winter during snow storms.
