SEEKING Full time or Part time: Assistant facility manager/handyman
“The Inn at Taughannock" a luxury boutique hotel and casual fine dining restaurant located in Trumansburg NY, just outside of Ithaca NY is seeking to hire an assistant facility manager with handyman skills.
Must have a great attitude, a strong back and can operate a box truck, a stand behind mower (extra points if experienced in using a chainsaw). The work is diverse, from small construction jobs working with our other full-time tradesmen, landscaping work, picking up goods at BJ or Home Depot and distributing packages around campus.
Must know the names of tools and be skilled in organizing our many different spaces.
No two days at work, will ever be the same!
Rate of pay is $20 per hour. Work hours are flexible. The hotel also provide a complimentary breakfast and lunch daily.
