FULL TIME DIGITAL MAGAZINE EDITOR
Cayuga Radio Group is seeking a full time Digital Editor for its ten-station cluster. This position requires a self-starter able to work in a fast-paced deadline-oriented environment where attention to detail is a priority. Duties include but are not limited to managing and start up for a new online news magazine. This position will require developing relationships with news sources, vendors and recruiting for sales personnel and will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance of the site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for flagging stories, editing, and writing news stories, assigning and guiding reporters and ensuring that all content is accurate. This position is also responsible for ensuring that all content is accurate, and up to date as well as engaging to our audience. This candidate must have the ability to work independently and navigate multiple social media platforms.
