Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to menu specifications.
Operate grill stations efficiently during busy periods to ensure timely food preparation.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and cooking stations.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Grill Cook or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Solid understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
Ability to work well under pressure and in a team-oriented environment.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and guidelines.
