This position is for individuals with commercial kitchen experience or comparable training. Task include food prep for the Ithaca Farmers Market, wholesale accounts and small catered events. A knowledge of vegan/vegetarian cooking or at least an appreciation for this diet is desirable. Hours of operation are mon, tues, thurs, fri and sat. Full season, April-December commitment required.
