Moosewood Restaurant is currently accepting applications for an experienced line cook. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service and a strong understanding of culinary techniques. Prior experience with vegetarian/vegan cooking is a plus! Part or full time position available, weekend availability is a must. Note this is not an entry level position. Starting wage $18-$24/hr, commensurate with experience.
Moosewood is a historic vegetarian restaurant in downtown Ithaca serving vegetable-forward cuisine sourced from local farms and producers. Beloved for its line of well-known cookbooks, it has won three James Beard awards since it opened in 1973.
